Simple, beautiful pleasure

I havent played the 1.07 update or looked at the Japanese, but the localisation was done by 8-4 Play. This is a must have game though. The 8 bit graphics are gorgeous and the story engaging. The gameplay is simple but still very fun. A puzzle based adventure game.

This game is a true work of gaming art. From the 8 bit graphics, to the music, to the gameplay mechanics, to the story. It really is the complete package. A fantastic game for all, where some puzzles are challenging there is always the Megatome for cryptic hints, along with mushrooms for more graphical hints. After playing through this (with out getting any external help) I felt like I had really achieved something.

The story telling is also very unique in breaking hrough the forth wall occasionally.
